The mission of the Historic and Archives
Committee of the French Creek Valley Railroad
Historical Society is to collect, organize,
describe, preserve and make available records and
items related to the railroad history of the
Crawford County, its residents, and related items
with the goal of servicing research and
scholarship by making available and encouraging
the use of the organization’s collection by
members of the organization and the community at
large.
At the current time we will accept donations of
railroad items of historical significance related
to the railroads of Crawford County, with the
understanding that our storage space is extremely
limited. We are also working with the
Crawford County Historical Society to help
organize and preserve its large collection of
Erie and Erie-Lackawanna Railroad items.
